So I had to watch Avatar for my Science Fiction class and it wasn't as bad as some people had told me. though the military stuff was significantly less fun than the Pandora parts.

avatar is great, not cause it has an amazing plot or anything

but the cg is really up there, which is what i went to watch it for

Are you trying to go for realism? I sort of like the ... feel it has.

the dot dot dots are my lack of art history references.

Went to bestbuy to get a new keyboard, everything is so expensive there >.>
I got this ergonomic microsoft one so I'm like reteaching myself how to type.

I keep missing the period and typing a comma.

Anyway, I need to hang out at barnes and nobles more often because I am so behind on skip beat manga since the onemanga site closed down >.>

I am still amazed by what is it CG? all the graphics and stuff. Like I saw a car insurance commercial where a new car comes out of the old car,
or another one where a car is smashed into bits thrown into the air and comes back to normal.

Even just commercials and stuff are so realistic, I sit there wondering how it is done.

My parents definitely made fun of me when Avatar first came out because I thought the blue people the Navi were just dressed up actors, but
yeah on second thought it didn't really make a lot of sense ...

but riding on the birds and stuff that was so cool to me.

Did anyone else cry when he first started running - like how sad, because he was disabled :'(,

They definitely got the, create an emotional connection to the main character for me.

I'll have to check out that site, I keep wanting to read skipbeat but yeah ...
skipbeat and a few other ones.
