| That's my life.
I'm reading this cookbook about cooking healthy meals for yourself. >.>
I got an early birthday present, well, I maybe wasn't supposed to open it before my birthday. But I got a kindle, which is pretty nice for all the reasons I wanted one. Mostly to be able to read those free books on kindle, I just got a light cover, a cover with a light, so I've been feeling like when I was young and would read under my covers with a flashlight.
Except that I ended up reading the entire weekend instead of doing homework.
I still like real books though for like the pages and highlighting and all that, but some of the books I've been able to read are incredibly long and heavy. Anyway .. I kept passing out throughout the day, now I'm so tired >.>

| So I've been doing this scramble thing lately in order to get vegetables into my day.
I normally have a bag of carrots, and then whatever other vegetables are sitting around. Like I had a red bell pepper, carrots, and ... something else ... and I just put salt and pepper and a little oil and let it sit there.
Then I get eggs, scramble them in the bowl with soy sauce, vinegar, and milk or water.
And after the veggies are cooked through I just put the egg mix on top and let it sit.
Then I eat it with sracha sauce ha. >.> That's the best I've been doing lately.
But yesterday I had asparagus, carrots, green bell pepper, and broccoli. I try to balance out my colors. Oh ... the first one had spinach.
I'm sort of just going through my fridge and mixing it together ha.
I'm sure everyone know stir-fry anyway; but I always forget about it.
Oh if you add chicken I normally cook that separately with some Worcestershire sauce then add it in whenever.

| Yeah ha I know, but one day while i Was chewing a burger I realized it wasn't even that tasty.
It seriously doesn't take a long time to just chop any vegetable up and let it sit in a pan and cook a little then pour some eggs over it.
there's no like complex measuring it's more of just a splash of this here and there etc.
But yeah, cause yesterday I just ordered Chinese take out ha, so I can't really say I'm not lazy >.>
Omg, I'm so freaking tired ... in Early American Literature ... I seriously need to sit on the corner so I'm not sitting between two smelly guys.

| We should start like an egg dish section.
There are so many good ways to eat eggs.
What is the limit for eggs in a day?
My cousin gets like 4-6 eggs fresh from his chickens everyday, I wish I had some chickens.
I might get a tadpole.
I was watching the Rainbow fish on youtube, I'll post the AMERICAN rainbow fish ha - it had been so long since I read it, I was like uhm, I'm not sure if this is right; it sounds right, but some parts are a little off.
Then I read the hungry caterpillar, and then I played my pocketfrogs on my phone and I saw these videos on tadpoles to frogs and there is this really cool section where they have tails and they're really cute.

| Tadpoles are cute. Frogs, not so much. My mom found a tiny turtle in the street. Its now in a fish bowl in her kitchen. Surprisingly still alive after 6 months.
Dunno about eggs. They're good protein but also high in cholesterol... Pick your poison?

| I swear everything I think is healthy ends up being high in cholesterol.
I used to think shrimp was like a heaven-sent food, and then someone said it's horrible in cholesterol. :/
