| Oh. I nearly forgot about this site... Why is it that I remember on/after my b-day, no clue. But thanks guys!!!! Dunno when my last post was but I'm too lazy to check so screw that. Christmas was meh. Stayed at home most of break. Beat 3 video games... talk about bad huh XD New years spent with friends and my lady friend Jan 3-9 or something like that, don't even remember anymore, went on a ski trip to Breckenridge, CO. Been snowboarding before in VA but no where near as awesome and as long. Fun fun fun fun fun fun fun. DO it. School, boring. Last full semester. Still have a summer course to take cuz I failed a class in the fall. FML, I tried so hard... on everything else I guess. Made all A's and B's... and an F rofl. So yeah, 1 summer to go and I'm gtfo. Then I work and hopefully apply for pharmacy school and more school. YAY. B-day! Did nothing. I'm too lazy to plan for my own birthday. My parents didn't call me... ruh roh. Maybe celebrate during super bowl weekend. Why not. Anyway, that sums up my recent life. Hope you've all been well. I can see how busy-ness can lead to slacking in other areas. Such as working out, or checking a simple forum.... But I'll add this back to my daily list of things to do Miss ya'll. Need new PC still. Then I'll install AO | |

| Kana is returning to AO?
I've been wanting a laptop lately - I decided I don't really like sitting at a desktop.
I think that's how life is - with your grades and all, ha you just can't win them all. I think everyone in college around finals makes a list of which ones not to study for, and which ones if you don't study for you'll fail ha. >.>
I hope everyone is well. I'm so tired lately. >.>
I went out to breakfast early one day and it was really nice, just drinking coffee in a semi empty restaurant. I need to brave the cold and go running or something.

For me it's the other way around. I've tried studying once and the stuff I study for never show up, and the stuff I glossed over shows up. Which is why I gave up studying entirely. Just skim over the notes like a week before finals and game away. As for AO, I'm still working on the stupid upgrade quest... too scared and too broke to try the first boss.... thanks to the new key collection book, there are no more reasonably priced keys on market >_< I'm NOT rich enough to throw out 30m per try... guess I'll be stuck as level 120 for a while longer until my mercs aren't super underleveled...

| Get Kat to help. He's' pro at the game I hear But I do sympathize with your study methods. Its ALWAYS that way. Only solution, memorize every material. Fat chance. Russian roulette with grades guys? Asa, don't be tired all the time! More active! Physically and make your body adjust to it. Everytime I come home, I see my mom just sitting around the kitchen. Why? She's tired all the time. And eats snacks all the time. Not fat though, but still. Active go go go. | |

| omg, you just told me I'm like your mom. Not a bad thing actually - what sort of snacks does she enjoy?
I went out running this morning and saw this sort of tarp set up underneath these trees ha, it had all these tupperware with holes and there were like 6-7 cats all in the tupperware and a couple on watch. And by the running path there was this thing of water and food ha. I've never seen so many cats at once - well I have but that was bad news since my allergies went haywire ... so I just stared from afar.
So cute!! | |

| I was watching this ... crap, I've been surfing forums and missed a chunk of lecture >.>
1763 .. a lot of people go home .. economy goes to .. .blah ... asked to pay taxed... from England's stance it makes sense ... and we have to send soldiers to protect you .. colonists don't feel the same way ...
this on top of ... this leads to demonstrations ... leading
proclamation of 1763 sugar act 1764 stamp act 1765 Townsend acts 1767 British soldiers arrive to put down disturbances in Boston 1768 Boston massacre, soldiers fire on demonstrators 1770 tea act and Boston tea party 1773 "intolerable act" essentially martial law on Boston 1774 "Shot heard 'round the world'" at Lexington and Concord 1775 stockpiling arms at ... British go to seize the arms, lead to first conflict.
Don't want to be involved in new military acts west of Appalachians and they want new sources of revenue.
relate to American identity: in 1782 .. six years after Declaration of Independence .. almost at end of war. 20-25% of English speaking residents still wanted to reunite the crown, wanted war business to go away ... that's after 6 years of British troops being quartered in their houses etc. 1776 A lot of British loyalists still living in colonies. British crown's actions over 15 years .. transformed people who in 1765 were almost 100% British loyalist. Thomas Paine writing from position of American even though he's a newcomer to American, criticizing British crown and create American fan base that views itself in terms of America. American identity started to be created through conscious action ........................
blah, too tired ... | |

| We didn't harass Yuki - it was his birthday on the 5th.
February just seems to fly - maybe because it's midterms and stuff.
I'm still trying to figure out when Spring Break is ...

| SHIT! I even had your birthday marked in ALL of my calendars.
WTF! Where are my calendars.
Happy Late Birthday, February just snuck up.
Anyway if anyone's interested saw this sort of very odd movie called Gate of Flesh, sort of low-budget. By Seijun Suzuki.
Next week watching Crazed Fruit, apparently it was written by the now mayor of Tokyo. It's like a ... teenagers gone wild sort of film.

| Yeah ... so the story with Japan is the movies actually got a lot racier than in America because in Japan kissing leads to sex. So once they started showing kissing things just went forward a lot quicker. The last movie we had to see was not so much awkward as, well a little because when one of the prostitutes has sex for free (something against their rules) they string her up and beat her with like bats and bottles and stuff. And other stuff ...
Anyway, we watched a teaser for the Crazed Fruit movie, and it looks a lot less brutal than the Gate of Flesh. Gate of Flesh though has this incredibly awesome scene where she seduces this priest. It's hard to explain but if you end up watching Gate of Flesh I think you'll know what I mean.
