I've been working out a lot. I've managed to do well with my upper body and I've been doing the Ab Ripper X from the P90X series for abs.
If anyone knows anything about work out methods and such please share.
Currently I'm using mostly free weights and am doing Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/Legs.
The first 2 are working out nicely. Legs however refuse to change.
I mean, I go up in weights, sure, but they still look like chicken legs. Sighhhhh.
Anyways, 3 days a week and the ab stuff every other day.
Maybe a picture someday when I'm not feeling so self-conscious
